Refund Policy

At Absorbetech, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Refund Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase.

  • The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refund Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service team at accounts@absorbetech.com to initiate the refund process and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include the RMA number provided by our customer service team.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided along with the RMA number.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Customized or personalized items

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
